Case 1: 62-yo male patient

Signs & Symptoms: Mild broca's aphasia and a mild paresis of the right arm (4/5) since four hours.
T2: Hyperintense rim of the insula cortex.
DWI: Hyperintensity of the left insula cortex and in one pre-central gyrus.
